Do you support OEM customization? What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We warmly welcome OEM/ODM customization requests. For standard stock models, we support small-batch orders (as low as 20-50 pieces); for customized development, the minimum order quantity depends on the product complexity. With our efficient and flexible production lines, our average lead time is typically 15-20 days, effectively helping our clients with cash flow.

How can you ensure that your parts are 100% compatible with my car model?
We have a robust OE database. Simply provide the OE number, VIN code, or vehicle model year, and our technical team will provide you with an accurate match. All VYNX chassis components (such as control arms, ball joints, tie rods, etc.) are designed according to original factory OE specifications, ensuring "original installation and non-destructive replacement."

Yes. All VYNX products in Wisconsin are manufactured under the IATF 16949:2016 quality management system. From raw material warehousing to finished product delivery, every step of the process undergoes rigorous testing.
